Day 20

A whole new day compared to yesterday. I determined I was not eating enough and my big muscles broke down yesterday. I ate double dinner last night, hit bed at 7:30 and slept 10 hours. I am also concentrating on eating a good full breakfast and eating something every few hours. I had full energy today and then some. Like night and day. Weather is changing. Cooler, windy, and more rainy. The cooler weather is just fine by me. Great hike today, 18.8 miles.
There is another breed of human out here hiking, that looks like us but are not of our ilk. I think I am moving along good but the go by me like I am standing still. It is crazy how fit most of these folks are.
