Wow what a day. Went above tree line and hit snow for the first time when crossing Georgia Pass. Spectacular views. Hiked at my highest altitude 11,800’ and it went well. Starting to really get my legs and had a long hard hike but felt great.
The views in the morning were only rivaled by the sunset I watched. First time camping alone and it was fine.
It is amazing to look at a huge grandeur of mountains, forest, and sky and there is no sound. Just pure quiet. God’s Grace silence.
